Citigroup Inc. (NYSE:C) closed right at the $3.50 support level on Wednesday. A close below this level would be viewed as bearish but having said that, I do believe the $3.13 low will hold. On the upside, resistance is still located at $3.70. I will be a buyer on a break above $3.70.

Ford (NYSE:F) stock hit $12.14 on Monday and has since pulled back. I expect Ford to retest the 10 day moving average located in the low $11's in the next week. $11 is also a support level that must hold on a closing basis or a larger sell off will occur.

On the upside, if Ford breaks above $12.14, a new break out would occur.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed at 10681 on 1/13/10, as the stock market surged on no news. The Dow Jones Futures were up around 30 points this morning as the big bank CEO testified before a panel in Washington D.C.

The bank stocks reversed from morning lows which took the whole stock market up going into the close. Tomorrow we will get earnings out of Intel Inc. (INTC)

Antigenics Inc. (AGEN) - Shares of Antigenics Inc. soared Wednesday on no news. This is a stock worth watching on Thursday. Resistance is located at $1.41 which is the 200 day moving average.

Pacific Ethanol, Inc. (PEIX) - Pacific Ethanol, Inc cooled off Wednesday but is still a stock that is high on my radar. On Tuesday, PEIX closed over $2.40 which was bullish. I plan to buy the stock when it breaks above $2.44 which was Wednesday's high of day.

Cyclacel Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (CYCC) - I continue to watch Cyclacel Pharmaceuticals, Inc which exploded last week on positive drug data. Resistance is located at $3.20 & $3.60.

Cell Therapeutics, Inc. (CTIC) - CTIC stock was up about 17% Wednesday afternoon as we are just months away from an FDA decision on Pixantrone. A close above $1.30 would be very bullish.

Research In Motion Ltd. (RIMM) - I bought some RIMM on Tuesday as the stock fell back into the $63 and came very close to hitting the 50 day moving average. I will be buying any further weakness but feel comfortable with my current long position.

Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (AMD) - AMD surged with the stock market on Wednesday and is now trading back above $9. Resistance is located at $10.04, a break above that level would be very bullish.

American Intl Group, Inc. (AIG) - AIG continues to trade below $30. I am watching for a break above $30.54 and then I plan to buy the stock.

Bank of America Corp (BAC) - Bank of America Corporation came close to the $16 level on Wednesday but stopped at $16.15. I would be a buyer of a pullback below $16. I would also be a buyer if BAC broke above $17.18.

Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares (FAZ)
Daily Finan. Bull 3X Shs(ETF)(FAS) - FAS hit $80.12 on Wednesday and then exploded higher. Resistance is located at $85 as well as $87.14. If you think the markets are going to fall in February, you could buy FAZ here with a tight stop. If FAS breaks back above $87.14, I would be selling FAZ.

Freddie Mac (FRE) - Support = $1.35 - Resistance = $1.52

Fannie Mae (FNM) - Support = $1.08 - Resistance $1.23

The BDI data is critical for how the DryBulk Shipping Stocks such as DryShips Inc ( DRYS ), Excel Maritime Carriers Ltd (EXM), Diana Shipping Inc ( DSX ), Genco Shipping & Trading Limited ( GNK ), TBS International Limited ( TBSI ), Navios Maritime ( NM ), Eagle Bulk Shipping Inc. ( EGLE ), Paragon Shipping Inc. ( PRGN ), Star Bulk Carriers Corp. ( SBLK ), and OceanFreight Inc ( OCNF ) will trade during the day. As you probably know, the Dry Bulk Shipping index can tell you a lot about the state of the World Economy. When Bulk Shipping Rates are at all time highs, the World Economy is outstanding. When Bulk Shipping Rates are as low as they have been lately, it signifies that the world trade has come to a screeching halt

As you can see, Libor Rates didn't change today, January 13, 2010. All three libor rates stayed the same.
